The city of Fair Oaks Ranch requires a partner for the development of a five-year information technology master plan.

With approximately 10,000 residents, Fair Oaks Ranch spans 7,861 acres across Bexar, Kendall and Comal counties.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), the city requires an internal and external assessment of its IT operations, security, compliance with statutory regulations and alignment with the city’s strategic plan.

The chosen vendor will develop the city’s IT goals for the next five years in addition to measurable objectives and a project plan detailing cost estimates for each project. The vendor will also be expected to conduct an annual review of the plan’s performance and a project plan update.
