According to the RFP, Keller is seeking “a citizen reporting solution and information portal providing mobile application, web platform and texting capabilities, preferably a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.
Although SaaS is preferred, the city is open to on-premise solutions.
The requested solution must interface with the city’s existing work order-generating software, which includes Lucity, Esri and various Granicus and Tyler Technologies applications.
Esri GIS integration is required for GPS location by address or X/Y coordinates.
Requirements listed in the RFP include:
- An app for Apple and Android devices
- Mobile, web and texting platforms for reporting issues
- Secure transmission and storage of all data, including photo and video
- Alerts, including push notifications
- In-house configuration of issue types and workflows
