The San Antonio-based energy provider requires administrative technical support for its current system.

CPS Energy of San Antonio has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for generation management system software support.

The chosen vendor will be responsible for managing CPS Energy projects managed by energy supply and market operations.

The project’s scope includes administrative technical support for CPS’ current system, the management of various archive historian systems, business data repository system management, specialized technical support and general administrative support.

Additional duties listed in the RFP include developing data integration solutions, reviewing logs to identify server issues, troubleshooting, installing updates patches, creating database models and assisting in quality assurance efforts.
