According to a request for qualifications (RFQ) released by the city on behalf of the energy utility, the requested services “will be mainly in the areas of outside cable plant, radio system communications, communications facilities and expansion of communications systems used within our facilities.”
CPS Energy requires the following engineering services:
- Providing engineering drawings for communications systems
- Reviewing proposed and existing systems designs
- Providing infrastructure expansion recommendations
- Assisting in the development of technical specifications
- Integrating drafting services with existing geographic systems
- Augmenting existing engineering staff
