The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) plans to issue a request for offers (RFO) in search of a replacement of its offender management system (OMS).

The forthcoming RFO will include software implementation services, maintenance and support for the requested solution. The solution must be software as a service or hosted through the Texas Department of Information Resources Data Center Services program.

The successful respondent must have experience successfully implementing solutions currently in use by government agencies of similar scope to TDCJ.

The expected contract term for the RFO is approximately four years.

RFO No. 696-IT-25-O053 is expected to be posted to the Texas Electronic State Business Daily website on Aug. 1. Tatyana Lockhart is the point of contact for this pre-solicitation notice, which expires on July 28.
