The city of Dallas has issued a request for competitive sealed proposals (RFCSP) on behalf of the Dallas Municipal Court for a court case management system (CCMS).

The city’s current CCMS, which has been in use for more than nine years, processes an average of 10,000 cases and 40,000 transactions daily.

The requested system must be either cloud-based or vendor-hosted and manage case status codes, court processes, virtual trials, transactions and module offerings. Additional required functions include ad hoc reporting, notifications, alerts and interfaces to external systems.

The city will require end user and administrator training on the use of the new system and applicable equipment.

Proposed solutions must be capable of integrating with city security tools for authentication and satisfy the legal data security requirements for personally identifiable information, payment card industry data and protected health information.

More detailed information about RFCSP No. BCZ24-00024446, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held online at 2 p.m. April 15. The deadline for questions is 10 a.m. April 19. The deadline for proposals is 1 p.m. May 31.
