The Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a risk management information system (RMIS).
According to the request, the RMIS “will house various risk management functions such as workers’ compensation claims, automobile accidents, vendor certificate of insurance reviews, etc.”
The proposed solution must process claims and payments, vendor certificate of insurance compliance review, property fire and safety inspection management, incident reporting, property management, insurance policy management, driver complaint calls management, vehicle accident reporting, auto liability claims management and driver approval requests.
The system must be cloud-based, accessible via a mobile application and include Microsoft Office suite integration capabilities, hierarchy capabilities, email functions and support optical character recognition.
