Dallas Projects $63M in Q2 Procurements

The city's quarterly forecast for FY 2024 Q2 includes upcoming procurements for an advanced metering system, a digital benefits enrollment system and an inventory management solution.

The city of Dallas has listed approximately $63 million in upcoming IT procurements in a recently released quarterly forecast.

Dallas Water Utilities has budgeted $60 million to establish a three-year contract to develop and implement an advanced metering infrastructure/meter data management system.

The city’s Human Resources Department has set aside $1.3 million for the three-year procurement of a digital benefits enrollment system.

The Dallas Information and Technology Services department estimates it will spend $1.35 million on a five-year contract to procure an inventory management solution for Dallas Fire-Rescue.

All forecasted procurements are scheduled to be released within the next three months.
