The Department of Aviation (DOA) for the city of Dallas has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for hosting, maintenance and technical support for the Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport website.

According to the RFP, the DOA is offering a five-year contract with two three-year renewal options to a chosen vendor capable of maintaining the existing DAL Airport website, providing a content management system platform, improving the delivery of content via innovative multimedia applications and allowing for content posting through various channels.

The successful proposer must maintain the current website’s compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard clause and defend the website against distributed denial of service and other cyber attacks.

The contract term between the DOA and the awarded proposer is expected to commence immediately upon the expiration of the department’s existing contract on Nov. 8.

More detailed information about RFP No. BTZ24-00025222, including all minimum requirements and additional submission instructions, can be found online.

Questions regarding the RFP are due by 11:30 p.m. Nov. 8. The deadline for submissions is 1 p.m. Nov. 22.
