Department Spent $43.4 Million on Largest IT Spends in Q2

Overall, it spent $57.7 million on all such purchases in that time period.

The Texas department charged with maintaining state highway and public transportation systems made 355 purchases of IT services in the second quarter of this year and spent about $43.4 million with the 10 largest.

Carahsoft Technology — which, according to its website, delivers solutions for cybersecurity, MultiCloud, DevSecOps, big data, artificial intelligence, open source, customer experience and more — led the list with the Texas Department of Transportation at about $9.5 million. The complete top 10, according to the IT Spending Dashboard:
