DFW Airport Seeks Multiple Contracts for Automation Services

The airport has requested assistance in improving various functions via artificial intelligence, machine learning and simulation technologies.

The Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport Board has issued a request for proposals (RFP) to establish a maximum of five contracts for professional services, consulting, and software tools related to artificial intelligence, machine learning and simulation, “automation and associated interfaces, tools and models.”

Respondents will be expected to assist in improving workforce performance, sustainability, automation, security, safety and risk mitigation through software apps or software tool acquisitions.

DFW also requires the construction of a mature data program, training, analytics creation and optimization, simulation engineering and modeling, UX/IU design for app development, cloud architecture, strategy consulting and more.

Some use cases provided by DFW include commercial development, concessions, controls and analytics, customer experience, TSA, finance, human resources, project management, network communications and marketing.
