The requested solution must be a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution with automated workflows for creating, evaluating and awarding contracts through the entire contract cycle.

Procurement
The Department of Information Resources (DIR) has issued a request for offers (RFO) for an electronic procurement solution.

DIR’s current solicitation portal is linked to the Salesforce platform BidStamp, which is mainly used by the agency’s Cooperative Procurement and Contract Management teams.

The requested solution must be a cloud-based software-as-a-service solution with automated workflows for creating, evaluating and awarding contracts through the entire contract cycle. Proposed solutions should provide, at a minimum, a single web-based point of entry for all procurement activity, configurability, integration with existing DIR systems and purchasing transparency.

The successful respondent will also be expected to train DIR staff and provide continued support and maintenance of the proposed solution.

More detailed information about RFO No. RFO-001-FY24, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The deadline for questions is 2 p.m. March 15. The deadline for proposals is 2 p.m. April 5. Tara Lindgren is the point of contact for this RFO.
