The Region 2 Education Service Center (ESC2) is soliciting vendors for a comprehensive multitier system of support (MTSS) dashboard to address educational and mental health disparities among its students.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), “ESC2 serves a predominantly minority student population, with over 88 percent identifying as minorities and more than 81 percent classified as economically disadvantaged” across 41 school districts.

The aim of the MTSS is to integrate mental health services across ESC2 while improving educational outcomes through customized educational programs.

The vendor will provide a cloud-based platform with grant management capabilities, document management, task tracking and management, event management, incident monitoring, resource management, threat response, artificial intelligence-powered assistance modules, communication tools and more.

The desired solution must support automatic resource scaling, unlimited data and multiple AI systems, including Meta AI and ChatGPT.

The chosen vendor must provide training for more than 200 educators and mental health professionals.

More detailed information about RFP No. 75112024, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The due date for submissions is 10 a.m. Jan. 31.
