Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) CIO Sylvia Hernández Kauffman will headline an Industry Insider — Texas member briefing in April.
Kauffman, who assumed the role in August 2024, has more than 16 years of experience in the public sector, nearly 12 of which have been with HHS.
