Fort Worth Requests Development Process Software

The city has requested a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for use by more than 1,000 employees.

The city of Fort Worth has issued a request for proposals (RFP) on behalf of its IT Solutions Department for development process software that will assist in automating project data and record tracking process automation.

The city has requested a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for use by more than 1,000 employees.

According to the RFP, Fort Worth issues about 100,000 permits for each year and supports 350 square miles of development.

The requested solution must be capable of managing workflows related to engineering projects, tracking information for all city developments and integrating with the city’s applicant tracking systems.

The vendor will be responsible for project planning, implementation, user training and support. Proposers must have a minimum of three years of related experience and operate from a full-time, permanent business address that can be reached by email and telephone.
