Garland ISD Seeks Cloud-Based ERP Solution

The desired ERP solution will integrate finance, procurement and human capital management.

Garland ISD (GISD), a district with over 51,000 students across 68 schools, is searching for a comprehensive, subscription-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), GISD requires a cloud-based solution to replace Oracle’s E-Business Suite, which the district currently hosts onsite.

The desired ERP solution will integrate finance, procurement and human capital management.

The following modules have been requested for inclusion:
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Employee expense reimbursement
  • Inventory
  • Procurement
  • Project and grant accounting
  • Talent acquisition
  • Payroll
  • Human resources
  • Professional development
  • Reporting and analytics
The chosen vendor will provide implementation, project management, data migration, installation, testing, training, support and hosting services.

The district expects complete implementation of the solution by July 1, 2026.
