Gulf Coast Workforce Board Seeks Learning Management System

The Gulf Coast Workforce Board (GCWB) is looking to implement a scalable learning management system (LMS) to support career pathway development.

Part of the Texas Workforce Commission’s Texas Workforce Solutions network, GCWB serves the 13-county Houston-Galveston region from 28 local offices.

The requested system must feature a comprehensive learning library of training materials, career pathway tools, dashboard reporting features, course creation tools, post-training assessments, a self-check-in feature, supervisor training notifications, gamification features and an external user portal.

The successful vendor must offer implementation, system integration, content migration, training, technical support and maintenance services.

The project is expected to be completed in the course of seven months in five phases.
