This will be a “single procurement for a SaaS, vendor-hosted information management solution that is designed to effectively and efficiently support the maintenance and reporting of data” for the following:
- Office of Area Agencies on Aging
- Office of Aging and Disability Resource Centers
- Office of Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
It must be able to meet all state and federal requirements while maintaining:
- Call information
- Consumer data
- Assessment and eligibility data
- Service delivery and activity information
- Ombudsman information
