Specific job responsibilities include:
- Gathering and validating requirements for assembling request for offers (RFOs), statements of work (SOW), attachments and exhibits as part of major IT procurements
- Converting high-level business, technical, financial, legal and other stakeholder requirements into procurement requirements to complete documentation according to standard templates
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings during all procurement phases
- Serving as a single point of contact for schedule, milestone and task updates related to security, privacy, legal, finance, risk management and non-disclosure agreements
- Initiating quality control reviews of other complex project deliverables such as project charters, exhibits and attachments; contract and solicitation documentation; and risk assessment plans
- Developing and maintaining process documents with common errors discovered during quality control reviews
- Interpreting new business requirements to determine the impact on solutions and proposing creative changes to meet these new requirements
- Coordinating and facilitating task, risk and issue tracking
- Coordinating with business analysts on the agency's prospective payment system team to ensure reviews encompass process updates
- Implementing version control on all procurement artifacts
The position has a monthly salary range of $6,073 to $10,272, and the application deadline is Feb. 6, 2024.
