Historical Commission Seeks E-learning Content System for Employees

THC has requested a web-based e-learning system with access from a web browser available to multiple simultaneous users.

The Texas Historical Commission (THC) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for an e-learning content system.

According to the RFP, THC requires a “content system for up to 350 employees that offers Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) and has extensive content in various disciplines and subjects.”

THC has requested a web-based system with access from a web browser available to multiple simultaneous users on Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers, 24/7 remote access, multiple web platforms, mobility support, custom departmental training addition capabilities, role-based permission levels, auto-enrollment capabilities, content assignment and monitoring, course completion tracking and license reassignment capabilities.
