Houston Community College Seeks Case Management Solution

The college wishes to automate case management tasks, family and medical leave tracking, paycheck calculation and notices with a new system.

Houston Community College (HCC) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a leave management solution.

According to the solicitation, proposed solutions must “calculate eligibility, communicate with employees throughout the process, create an audit trail of all activity and communication and remain compliant with all FMLA laws and regulations and include customizable reporting.”

The college requires software with leave and accommodation automation, case management tools, auto-generated notices, reporting tools, mobile self-service capabilities, letter templates, family and medical leave time tracking, accurate paycheck calculation, security profiles and more.
