Houston Community College (HCC) is looking to purchase a comprehensive enterprise solution for institutional assessments, strategic planning and accreditations.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), HCC has 19 campuses across Houston, Katy and Spring Branch serving about 85,858 students. The requested solution will serve multiple campuses.

Proposed solutions must be capable of learning assessment based on collected student performance data, performing document collection and assessment for accreditation purposes, reporting progress over time, tracking strategic planning initiatives, evidence management and integrating with the Canvas learning management system.

The chosen vendor will be required to provide HCC with trained support staff knowledgeable in assessing student learning and accreditation.
