The Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) is searching for an integrated software solution that can streamline audit processes, manage project cases and assess risks.

According to the request for proposals (RFP), H-GAC seeks a cloud-based, software-as-a-service case management system capable of automating workflows, compliance checks, dashboards and performance tools.

The council’s objectives include improving collaboration, ensuring consistent outputs and increasing transparency across its monitoring activities. The solution will also serve as a centralized tool for documenting operational, financial and compliance risks, with the ability to generate and maintain a portfolio view of risk across programs and entities.

The selected contractor will provide hosting, configuration and annual technical support, which may be used for help desk assistance, system enhancements or other customizations. The vendor must also offer U.S.-based customer support, use domestic data servers, and meet Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program Level 2 certification requirements at contract initiation.
