The discussion will focus on the role counties play in delivering public services, coordinating with other levels of government and using technology to support departments and offices. Travis County’s IT Services department is working across teams and departments on projects intended to support a safer, more modern and reliable county. Williamson County’s Technology Services Department works with the county’s Purchasing Department to identify, evaluate, implement and support technology solutions for county offices and departments.The briefing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 4.
