The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) has issued a request for offers (RFO) for a single contractor to provide network adequacy software services.

TDI receives network adequacy filings from companies that offer network-based health coverage in the state on an annual basis. The requested software services must allow TDI to swiftly generate data analytics and efficiently conduct network adequacy reviews.

The software must measure the number of providers in each medical specialty in a network and distance standards within a service area.

The solution must also include a dashboard with the compliance analysis for all submitted networks, which must be updated within three days of provider list uploads.
