Integral Care, the mental health and intellectual and developmental disability authority for Travis County, is looking to automate its health insurance verification process.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), Integral Care requires a software solution that will significantly reduce the time its staff must dedicate to comparing health insurance information in provider portals with its own electronic health records (EHR).

The requested solution must interface with insurance provider portals to retrieve client health insurance information, identify discrepancies and update Integral Care’s EHR with verifiably correct information.
