The city of Irving is soliciting vendor input on strategic planning and performance management software.
According to a request for information (RFI) issued by the City Manager’s Office, the city is evaluating systems that support key performance indicators, project tracking and public-facing transparency dashboards. The RFI is intended to help Irving understand the availability, functionality and estimated pricing of platforms that improve automation, reporting and project management capabilities for municipal operations.
The city previously employed a platform from Envisio for strategic planning and performance tracking, according to a case study published on the company’s website.
Submissions should address how proposed solutions support strategic planning frameworks, track performance metrics across departments and provide internal and external visibility through dashboards. The city is particularly interested in platforms that are purpose-built for local government use and capable of adapting to a variety of workflows.
Questions must be submitted by noon on Dec. 2, and responses are due by 3 p.m. Dec. 11.
More information is available through the city’s electronic bidding system under solicitation number 032C-25. The designated point of contact is Chantel L. Winfield.
