Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a contract management system.
According to the RFP, Katy ISD has “95,000 students enrolled with a projected growth of over 98,000 students by the year 2025-2026,” in addition to “11,547 employees, 74 campuses, 16 junior highs, nine high schools, 43 elementaries and six admin/faculty buildings.”
The school district is looking to expand its current contract management system, which uses CobbleStone Software’s Contract Insight.
The requested system must be cloud-based, serve as a central repository for contracts, include a flexible authoring environment, support automatic contract routing, prepare contracts with templates and standard provisions, allow for contract tracking, enable version comparison, enable contract workflow and progress monitoring, single sign-on authentication and any other potentially useful functionality.
