Katy ISD Requests Contract Management System

The school district is looking to expand its current contract management system, which uses CobbleStone Software’s Contract Insight.

Katy Independent School District (Katy ISD) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a contract management system.

According to the RFP, Katy ISD has “95,000 students enrolled with a projected growth of over 98,000 students by the year 2025-2026,” in addition to “11,547 employees, 74 campuses, 16 junior highs, nine high schools, 43 elementaries and six admin/faculty buildings.”

The school district is looking to expand its current contract management system, which uses CobbleStone Software’s Contract Insight.

The requested system must be cloud-based, serve as a central repository for contracts, include a flexible authoring environment, support automatic contract routing, prepare contracts with templates and standard provisions, allow for contract tracking, enable version comparison, enable contract workflow and progress monitoring, single sign-on authentication and any other potentially useful functionality.
