Keller Reissues Request for Asset Management System

The city of Keller has reissued its request for proposals (RFP) for a turnkey, integrated asset management system (AMS).

The city is seeking a modular, commercial off-the-shelf AMS with the following capabilities: inventory, work orders, asset management, online customer service requests, mobile work order software, system integration services, interfaces to city systems, workflow mapping, training and maintenance services.

Key system functions listed in the RFP include water production, distribution and wastewater collection with GIS integration; streets, drainage and traffic configuration; and fleet, equipment and inventory management.

Either on-premises or software-as-a-service cloud-based solutions will be considered.
