Large Department Has Relatively Modest IT Services Budget

A high-tech document management company led the list with $130,000 in sales.

The state department responsible for protecting almost 30 million Texans made 14 purchases of IT services in the second quarter of the year and spent just over $394,000.

CBM Archives, a high-tech document management firm headquartered in Pflugerville, led the list with the Texas Department of Public Safety at just over $130,000. It did business with the following nine vendors, according to the IT Spending Dashboard:
