Library and Archives Commission Seeks Content Management System

The commission requires cloud-based hosting of its archival content management system to take advantage of newer features.

The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) is searching for a contractor capable of providing cloud-based hosting, maintenance and support services for its archival content management system, ArchivesSpace.

The chosen contractor is expected to host the most current version of ArchivesSpace, ensure users enjoy uninterrupted access, provide technical support and configure the application programming interface (API) for TSLAC access.

The contractor must migrate TSLAC’s data onto the hosted platform.

More detailed information about request for offer (RFO) No. 306-25-0111, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. An online pre-submittal conference has been scheduled for 10 a.m. March 27. Questions are due on the same day at 5 p.m. The deadline for responses is 2 p.m. April 8.
