The vendor must have at least five years’ experience providing land surveying services for electric utility or similar large linear infrastructure projects.
Written responses should be in the following order:
- Experience
- Key team member for LCRA
- Project manager
- Branch location
- Subcontractors
Resumes should clearly indicate whether it is for the company’s employee or a subcontractor. Each team member’s resume should be no more than one page and can be compiled with the other key team members. Resumes should be submitted on the resume template in the RFQ package and include:
- Firm name
- Name and title of individual
- Years of experience with current and other firms
- Total years of experience
- Education
- Active registrations/certifications (list only, not the actual certificate)
The vendor shall include a summary of the firm’s quality control/assurance plan including any quality certifications held as well as an explanation of how deliverables are reviewed before final delivery to LCRA and if training is provided to employees on quality procedures.
The vendor shall provide the following services and deliverables:
- Boundary surveys
- Topographic surveys
- Hydrographic surveys
- Control surveys
- Engineering design surveys
- General mapping
- Land title research
- Site layout/construction staking
- Laser scanning
- As-built record drawings
