A North Texas city is seeking a request for competitive sealed proposal for a solution for managing unemployment claims processing for current and former employees.

Dallas will choose a vendor that will be required to transform raw Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) data into digestible employer reports for claims and claim outcomes (won vs. lost), earnings, adjustments and TWC refunds. The vendor must also provide for the auditing of TWC claims and reports.

Dallas is seeking a solution that:
  • Has the capacity to reconcile claims submitted by the city's active or former employees.
  • Has an employee verification process that can minimize fraud/liability.
  • Has ability to integrate with the Workday Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
  • Meets the city’s insurance requirements.
  • Is proposed by a vendor registered with the city.

Proposals are due Aug. 19 through the city solicitation portal. Vendors must register there to receive notifications of addenda and business opportunities. Submissions of bids, pricing and any other requested documents will be through the electronic solicitation system.
