The Texas Space Commission (TSC), a new state agency established this year, is researching procurement options for its first customer relationship management system (CRM).

According to a request for information (RFI) released by the agency, TSC requires a scalable CRM that can process and categorize all incoming communications as well as transmit its own official communications to the public.

TSC is looking for a CRM that is customizable; can handle both physical and digital correspondence; allows the creation of automatic communication workflows; tracks stakeholder opinions; provides analytics reporting tools; includes a robust search function; is accessible by multiple users; and can integrate with Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar software.

More detailed information about RFI 358-24-00001 can be found online. The deadline for submissions is 2 p.m. Sept. 30. Responses should be sent to the point of contact, Jeffrey Duhon.
