Office of Court Administration Requests Case-Level Data System

The Office of Court Administration (OCA) has issued a request for offers (RFO) for a statewide case-level data system.

According to HB1, OCA has allocated $6 million in its capital budget for such a system.

The agency has requested a vendor-hosted, cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf data system with business intelligence tools, automated programming interfaces, a user interface for case-level data submissions and the capacity to support a judicial directory.

The chosen vendor will also be expected to assist in the migration of data from OCA’s current warehouse and directory.

The proposed contract term is for five years with a possible extension for up to an additional three years.
