The Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA) has issued a request for offers (RFO) for a text and email court reminder system.

OCA has requested a system that is scalable, vendor-hosted, cloud-based and commercial off the shelf with a website portal for participant registration, an automated programming interface and a user interface for reminder request submissions.

The system must also capture and report basic metrics.

More detailed information about RFO No. 212240307, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The deadline for proposals is 3 p.m. May 15. Paula Garner is the point of contact for this RFO.
