The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), which oversees providers of real estate services, has posted a pricing request for an electronic personnel system that will have four administrative and three limited users.

Pricing request No. 329-HUB24-HR has a 2 p.m. May 23 response deadline, and the selected vendor will need to meet or exceed the requested specifications. These include:

  • A central platform
  • Multifactor authentication and various user access levels
  • Human resources functions such as onboarding
  • Searchable employee profiles
  • DocuSign and Adobe compatibility
  • Ease-of-use features such as drag and drop
  • Fillable and pre-populated forms
  • Ability to track various records
  • TxRAMP certification for cloud-based solutions

TREC had 140 employees in 2022, according to its strategic planning documents.

The agency exists to “safeguard the public interest and protect consumers of real estate services,” according to the documents. “It oversees real estate brokerage, appraisal, inspection and timeshare interest providers. Through education, licensing and regulation, the agency ensures the availability of qualified and ethical service providers.”
