San Antonio Seeks Grants Management for Arts Department

The city of San Antonio is searching for an online grants management platform on behalf of its Department of Arts and Culture.

According to the request, the department manages more than 150 active grants for a dozen programs across four divisions each year. The requested solution must manage grant applications, renewals, reporting, contracting, panel evaluations and program reporting.

Interested vendors must be willing to provide city administrators with trial access during the evaluation period.

An online pre-submittal conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. April 22. Questions are due at 4 p.m. April 25. The deadline for proposals is 11 a.m. May 15.
