State Commission Will Replace Work Order System

Competing vendors will be expected to answer multiple questions regarding their proposed solutions.

A state commission is issuing this request for information (RFI) to solicit information and input regarding a replacement work order system (WOS) for use by the Facilities Management and Operations (FMO) division.

The Texas Facilities Commission needs a solution to manage and track work orders, assets, preventive maintenance tasks, labor and materials costs, subcontractor costs, chargeable items, inventory and assist with billing. The TFC is seeking responses to the questions in the following table.
