Tarrant County College District to Replace Emergency Call System

The chosen system will replace the district’s existing legacy system at all six of the district’s campuses.

The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is looking to replace its emergency call system with one that can integrate with its existing communication and security infrastructure.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), the new system will replace the district’s existing legacy system at all six TCCD campuses.

The chosen system will feature a central control unit, real-time call monitoring, automated reporting, self-testing capabilities, configurable notification settings, a user-friendly interface, power backup systems and both visual and audible alarms.

Applicable training, regular system updates and a 24/7 support plan have also been requested.

The system must be capable of integrating with Milestone VMS, Lenel Access Control, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco infrastructure systems.
