The Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is requesting information regarding enterprise resource planning (ERP) software on the market with student administration, human capital management and financial management functionalities.
TCCD currently uses the Ellucian Colleague system, which is supplemented by more than 50 other software solutions.
For its replacement, the college is seeking a scalable software-as-a-service option that will require minimal customization, boasts enhanced cybersecurity measures and is configurable within its existing framework to fit the college’s needs.
The solution must support the entire district, which includes six campuses and five learning, training and administrative centers.
TCCD plans to release two separate solicitations for the procurement of said ERP software and its implementation.
More detailed information about request for information (RFI) No. 24-047, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. Questions regarding this RFI are due by 5 p.m. Aug. 8. The due date for submissions is 2 p.m. Aug. 20. The TCCD Purchasing Department is the point of contact for this solicitation.
