Tarrant County is surveying the market for a system capable of automating the service-of-process workflow of the Constable’s Office.
According to a request for information (RFI), the county prefers a commercial off-the-shelf solution, but will consider a custom solution should no existing solution meet its requirements.
The office’s current system suffers from limited tracking and visibility, fragmented workflow, reliance on manual processes, inaccurate revenue collection, limited reporting and analytics, legal compliance and variable service times.
The desired solution must address all these issues while automating key tasks and improving overall process management. Integration with the county’s existing geographic information system and court case management systems is also required.
More detailed information about RFI No. F2025083, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. The deadline for responses is 2 p.m. Feb. 20. Izzy Callarman is the point of contact for this request.
