Tarrant County is looking to optimize the management of key court resources with a new scheduling tool.

In a request for proposals (RFP), the county details its needs for a solution that can handle resource allocation, address personnel vacancies during court proceedings and generate data-driven insights for effective workforce planning.

The requested court resources scheduling tool must replace the court’s manual email process with an automated digital solution, provide a centralized platform for resource scheduling, implement reporting capabilities for informing staffing needs and interface with the court’s existing TechShare Court Case Management System.

Criminal judges, court coordinators and criminal courts staff will all require training on the use of the new tool.

More detailed information about RFP No. F202516, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. Questions will be accepted until 12 p.m. June 18. The due date for submissions is 2 p.m. July 3. Caleb Rojo is the point of contact for this solicitation.
