Tarrant County Seeks Annual AI Development Services Contract

The county is seeking solutions within its Azure Government and Amazon Web Services environments, and is ruling out prebuilt vendor solutions for this contract.

Tarrant County is offering an annual contract to vendors capable of providing data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.

The chosen vendor will be responsible for developing data and AI solutions within the city’s Microsoft Azure Government and Amazon Web Services environments. The requested solutions must address internal customer needs not already addressed by existing solutions.

Staff development work training may be required on a time and materials basis.

Prebuilt vendor solutions and custom applications hosted outside of Tarrant County-provided environments are out of scope for this request for proposals (RFP).

More detailed information about RFP No. F2025156, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. A virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. June 2.
