Tarrant County Seeks Grant Management Software

The county requires a solution that will optimize and manage its grant process, including application tracking, award management, financial tracking, research and reporting.

Tarrant County is offering an annual contract to vendors capable of providing grants management software and maintenance for its Budget and Risk Management Department.

According to the county’s request for proposals (RFP), the department tracks approximately 150 grants per year. Grants are currently managed manually via Microsoft Excel.

The department requires a solution that will optimize and manage the county’s grant process, including application tracking, award management, financial tracking, research and reporting.

The solution is expected to increase spending visibility, reduce audit compliance findings and provide business continuity without significantly increasing operational overhead.

The county is offering a 12-month contract with two optional renewal periods.
