The Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) from vendors for a performance management system (PMS).

The requested system must allow administrators to export survey data sets, access calibration tools, import evaluator/evaluatee relationships and create custom feedback surveys.

Calibration tools include talent mapping, tools for identifying top talent, succession planning and charting capabilities. Managers must have the ability to review evaluation feedback within the PMS; employees will require access to historical feedback.

The PMS must be accessible via mobile devices and support Microsoft integrations. Single sign-on capabilities via Okta are required.

Proposals must be submitted through the TRS e-procurement system.

More detailed information about RFP No. TRS000511, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. An optional pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 4 p.m. Oct. 8. Questions are due by 3 p.m. Oct. 9. The deadline for proposals is 3 p.m. Oct. 28. Max Hernandez is the point of contact for this RFP.
