Tech Company Fills Strategic Account Executive Position

The North Texas-based sales professional has years of experience of increasing responsibility in Texas, surrounding states and the Midwest.

Terry Ortiz recently accepted a position as a strategic account executive at tech company Market43 in Dallas-Fort Worth.

He most recently worked as a strategic account executive in state and local government and education in TOLA/Midwest at Automation Anywhere.

Ortiz’s LinkedIn bio describes him as a “sales professional with expertise in driving revenue growth in competitive markets by setting accountable sales strategies through corporate initiatives, employee and channel development, astute P&L management, integrated with marketing, finance and operations.”

Ortiz, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, spent some time in the Midwest in data cloud management software at Rubrik, as an enterprise account executive-public sector at VMware, and as a senior account executive at Nimble Storage. Before that, he held positions as an account executive in Milwaukee and as an ACQ account manager in Austin for Dell.

He started out in Austin as a major account executive at IKON Document Services and later worked as an account sales representative and an account manager at Dell.

Ortiz studied at the University of Maryland Global Campus and at the University of Texas Pan-American.
