Texas Comptroller Seeks ID Governance and Admin Software

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) is looking to obtain an identity governance and administration software license and related services as part of its efforts to modernize its IT platforms.

CPA’s goal is to streamline its identity management efforts through improved automation and simplification of compliance and governance activities.

The agency’s IT Division currently uses ServiceNow products and services for tracking service requests and compliance activities. Only software-as-a-service options hosted and managed in the agency’s ServiceNow GovCloud environment will be considered.

The requested solution must, at a minimum, handle access review, access requests, identity life cycle management, risk management, ticketing, reporting and hosting.

The chosen respondent is required to provide software maintenance and technical support services for the entire term of the contract.
