The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is launching its own vendor portal on Thursday.
The new vendor portal will allow vendors to submit invoices, informal bids and other forms directly to THC.
Vendors who are new to Texas or THC can locate the necessary documents, including the W-9, request for taxpayer identification form and an application for a Texas identification number, on THC’s website.
According to a THC LinkedIn post, vendors must submit invoices through the new portal rather than through mail or email starting Feb. 1.
