The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) has issued a request for offers (RFO) from qualified respondents capable of replacing its event management and registration software.

The requested solution must be cloud-based and accessible and allow for the use of the Texas.gov payment processing system.

TWC requires a solution that will allow users to create and manage individual events, create unique custom registration sites, send emails through an email marketing campaign system, generate reports from integrated data analytics, register attendees onsite and more.

The solution must integrate with Google Analytics, the Texas.gov payment system, kiosk self-registrations, Office 365 applications, SharePoint and BOX.com.

The agency also requires the vendor provide training on the use of their solution, which must be accessible through online written material, video, Zoom presentations or other digital means on an as-needed basis.
